Accountability

Happy Monday :)  and a very happy birthday to my bff, Chelsea Mathews!!!!!  We will be together again in only a few weeks!!


So, I'm hoping that blogging about my workouts and writing down my weekly schedules will help me be more accountable to them..

Monday:  Pure Barre class
Tuesday:  4 miles
Wednesday:  5 miles
Thursday:  4 miles
Friday:  2 miles, strength training
Saturday:  Off
Sunday:  10 miles

I'll plan to post my workout schedule every Sunday night and Morgan is doing the same, so check it out!
