Since Grego and I will be splitting up to spend Christmas with our families, we decided to celebrate Christmas with each other last night!
Our evening began with a stop at Starbucks. We sipped on our lattes while enjoying the lights and decorations at Mizner Park.

We then drove through a few neighborhoods to check out the lights.

Once we got home, it was time to get cookin'! On the menu: roasted chicken, green bean casserole and mashed potatoes.
While the bird was roasting, we lit our Christmas candles, turned on our Christmas tree and popped in one of our favorite Christmas movies, Santa Clause.
We had a little fun too.. (I may or may not have turned down the air so that it would be cool enough in the apt to wear sweats)

I'm so glad we decided to have our own little Christmas. It was so much fun and quite a success... I am full of Christmas spirit now :)
